Our days went something like this: 6:30 AM Roll call in the locker room 7:00 AM Team breakfast in the grotto 8:00 AM Special teams walk through on the field/Watch film with position coach 8:40 AM Lift 10:00 AM Tape/dress 10:30 AM Practice #1 12:30 PM Lunch in the grotto 2:00 PM Meetings in the facility 3:30 PM Tape/dress 4:00 PM Practice #2 7:00 PM Grab food from the booster club on your way back to the locker room and crawl in the ice tubs.
