Can’t believe that doesn’t cause permanent damage.  That’s almost half a ton.

@ChimpGrip@181pland @HawgGoneIt I defer too regarding heavier weights for squatting.

It's mind boggling for a HS kid to do this kind of weight.... the kid tosses around 600+ for multiple smooth reps.

I so hated squat day.  But what a great feeling finishing your sets.  Those last reps ooof.   So much pain and pleasure, but the pleasure didn't kick in until the last set and catching your breath.   Those last reps were like finishing a sprint... major cardio in play.

The HS senior is listed at 6'2" 315 lbs on the MP team roster page.

IMG smokes Texas in 4x100. 40.15 Texas Relays H.S. Record.  That's insane this early in the season.  They may join Tx and Jawja as the only HS teams to run sub 40.  Dville 2nd

@DevilDogam I mistaken here? IMG’s Asinga (Texas A&M commit :)ripped a wind legal 10.10 in FL.  He wasn’t the anchor in this TX race?   What if he was?  39 and change…

I’ll research and get back to you later today.  I’ll also find out where Asinga is from.  You’re in good hands with him at A&M next year.

Issam Asinga info… trf to IMG from Missouri and what’s not mentioned in this article are his father’s track resume and not sure but could be his Mom as well (wife of Tommy).

@nptb17 make sure you read the MileSplit article and try not to :).  You’ll recognize a last name father and son mention.
