It's mind boggling for a HS kid to do this kind of weight.... the kid tosses around 600+ for multiple smooth reps. I so hated squat day. But what a great feeling finishing your sets. Those last reps ooof. So much pain and pleasure, but the pleasure didn't kick in until the last set and catching your breath. Those last reps were like finishing a sprint... major cardio in play.
