MV

It’s hard to say.  Apple Valley has a pretty good population to draw from these days.  They were undefeated last year but hard to judge with no big name opponent.

Anyhow we’ll see next week.  Servite has the upper hand in experience at QB and that will probably make the difference.

Along with Servite's better O line and defense.

Also…why would you need to ask “who is better, Apple Valley or Edison”.

Who even is Apple Valley?

Well, Apple Valley was ranked 16th by MP prior to the start of the season.  Edison, well you had to fast forward a couple of tabs.    Maybe their effort against MV validated that rating?

Who cares since they will settle it on the field. 3 out of the last 4 times these teams played the #1 ranked team lost. The final ranking is all that matters.

But I agree with your sentiment that Sondy likes to troll.

Yeah Eric just does this cause he know the response will be "they will settle it on the field". so glad he fell to his death at Mt Doom trying to take the ring from my boy Frodo...

Doesn’t look right without Cen10 I’m there….

I agree.  I don't know if they have fallen off a bit as a program or if they just haven't kept up with MD and SJB and are no longer competitive with those two and do not get talked about as much.  This week against Cathedral Catholic will tell a lot.

It's better for MD's SOS if Servite wins.

Honestly, if MD beats DVille and goes 2-0 against SJB (heck maybe even 1-1 against SJB as long as the 1 win is the CIF finals), I think MD probably controls their own destiny regardless. Maybe they won't get a unanimous MNC if Servite ends up being a paper tiger, but they'll have at least 1 poll go in their favor purely on their track record over the last 5 years.
