Before I accept this trophy 🏆 and check 💶🏦;

I would like to take this moment to present a special thank you to the hosts of our amazing annual pick’em club event: @dntn31 and @Cossacks

Your organization and persistence week in and week out is greatly appreciated, life and tragic events can strike at a moments notice, and despite whether dealing with positive or negative situations, you two are always here for us.

So, again; Thank you.

This wouldn’t be possible without you two.

 

If I may share,

As a young child, I wasn’t always the most athletic picker. I was often told, “you’ll never be a pick’em champion”, “just give up”, “you aren’t strong enough”; but I’m here to tell you, through perseverance, determination, and sheer willpower, any feat you set out to achieve is indeed possible, with the proper work ethic and the right mindset. If you can dream it, you can believe it, and if you believe it, you can achieve it.

You are the only obstacle holding you back.

 

I would like to also thank all of the teams who decided to win their games because I picked them. Thank you loves ❤️

I would like to thank the CIF, the UIL, and the other governing bodies of high school sports for allowing their teams to be pick’em’d for the 2023 season.

Man I heard about that "Ketamine therapy" sounds like a shady issue... 

I've had it 4 times all Medical procedure related and under doctors care. 

That shit is way to potent to be used so freely...

I remember the first time I was seeing Jennifer Lopez in my hospital bed and as clear as day she said "When you wake up I'm gonna take you out for a nice steak dinner and then we can have some fun later on" 

According to my mom I looked absolutely devastated once that high wore off...

I'm fairly satisfied with my 122/57 record.  I would have liked to gotten to 70%...but this last week sunk me.

I'm also happy I outcheated HawgGoneIt.  I'll be heading to Georgia Beer Company to accept my prize.

Lastly, somehow I get the feeling I'm not really good at the "confidence" part.  I actually enjoy this thing.  I look forward to it each year.  A huge Thank You to the guys involved in running this pick'em.  It's a lot of fun.
